Cancellation Policy
A cancellation process is in place for any cancelled appointments or 'no-shows' as follows : - 50% of the total cost of the session if cancelled 2 days before the appointment - 75% of the total cost of the session if cancelled the day before the appointment - 100% of the total cost of the session if cancelled on the same day as the appointment, or if you do not attend the appointment without any contact with the practitioner
